This morning I decided to switch it up this week for my exercise programs. Usually I do Leslie Sansone 2 mile to 5 mile walk but the workout is starting to get very easy and repetitve. I don’t even break a sweat anymore. since I downloaded the Focus T25 last month I decided to give it a try. My real intention was to upload it to my dailymotion channel but I never got around to it. I don’t think I will post it unless someone asks because it is very time consuming uploading and editing those videos.
The first video for the Monday is cardio (I’ll post the chart at the bottom of this post). I skimmed through the video to see if I would be able to do it. I decided I would do the modified version because I’m not use to any of Shaun’s videos and I didn’t know if I could last 25 minutes. So I start doing the workout and immediately I realize how intense it is. This work out is not for beginners its definitely intermediate. It made it seem like the stuff I had been doing with Leslie Sansone was nothing lol. I honestly thought since I had been working out lately that this would be a piece of cake but it wasn’t. I only lasted 10 minutes into the video before I had to take a break because my throat and chest was hurting which is from the lack of water I drunk prior to the work out and the fact that I did not do a warm up to prepare my body.
Tonight I am going to try again and see the cardio video through. Even if I have to take a break I want to jump right back in and finish it. I cant give up on myself that easily. Leslie Sansone’s videos were very hard for me in the beginning and even though I’m still over weight they’ve gotten easier for me to do. I know if I can adjust to that then I can adjust to this Focus T25. No one said it would be easy, well I did but now I know better lol.
