Breakfast:

  • Banana Pancakes
  • Eggs (Whites)
  • Homemade Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

Lunch

  • Food from yesterday: Rice with Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic and Chicken
  • Watermelon

Dinner:

  • Garlic Shrimp
  • Rice or Mashed Potatoes
  • Canalope
  • Baby spinach

Drinks:

  • Lemon & Water Detox
  • Bottled Water
